Williams VAZ5CTDR Fry Station Fridge/Freezer Drawers
The one drawer model is perfect storage solution for frozen, in-demand, food storage options, from chips, wedges and onion rings to chicken nuggets, poppers and much more. Capacity up to 10kg of Frozen Chips.
Located next to a fryer, contents can be scooped direct from the drawer. The basket hung on the fry basket hanger before frying, the 'hang time' allows frozen crystals from the food to drop off. When the basket is placed in the cooking oil, the reduction of water crystals means the temperature doesn't have to recover as much, thus enhancing cooking quality.
Fry basket hanger supports up to 4 baskets
The two drawer model in chilled mode is ideal for storing produce such as vegetables, meat or fish, or even salads and garnish, in perfect condition. Its compact size makes is ideal for grill, griddle or chargrill cook stations.
