Designed to maintain pre-heated, cooked food at a regulated temperature. Energy efficient bainmarie and hotcupboard. Thermostatically controlled 30° to 110°. Fast heat up and recovery time. Unique, removable, forced air heating cell.
Holds various combinations of gastronome pans up to 150 mm deep. Unique raised lip around the well for easy removal of pans. 24 hour operation [Bain-marie opening must be fitted with Pans or covers during service]. Fully insulated. 13amp Plug with 2 metre cable. 4 x Swivel castors two with brakes. Low maintenance. Easily cleaned & Highly efficient.
