Thermostatic control from 20 to 90°C with a precision to the nearest degree.
Ideal for for meat-based snacks such as nuggets, meatballs or delicacies.
A water drawer allows humidity control essential to keep sweet pastries and delicatessen moist and delicious.
Equipped with 4 LED lights
Supplied with 2 grids 670 x 433mm. It can receive GN 1/1 dishes, 400 x 600mm dishes or 3 American dishes.
Very easy to use and to clean.
The rear glass doors open at 180°C for loading or service.
The grids & supports, stainless steel lower tray, water drawer and firestone are completely removable.
The professional showcase WD 780 is available in stainless steel or black version.
Additional grids on request. Delivered with no GN tray.
