A stylish and reliable countertop solution for the expert chilling and displaying of sushi, cold hors d'oerves or shellfish. With its generous 8 x 1/3 GN capacity, there's plenty of space for multiple menu items, perfectly displayed and showcased with the stylish curved glass front.
Powerful specialist refrigeration ensures the contents are kept at precise temperatures throughout the entire cabinet, whilst the built-in electronic thermostat makes it easy to control and operate. Access to the cabinet is via removable rear sliding doors, which also helps the display to retain the constant temperature during use. It's easy to clean too, and includes a specialist sushi mat for improved presentation.
