Keeping warm your culinary creations, hot dishes or snacks such as quiches, pizzas, fondues, meatballs, croissants etc.
Presented on 2 glass shelves 645 x 490mm.
Accommodates two GN 1/1 dishes (Not supplied) on the lower stainless-steel level.
The Incoloy heating element and the thermo-ventilator keep an even heat in the showcase.
The electronic thermostat regulates the temperature from 20°C to 90°C with a precision to the nearest degree. It guarantees a sufficient temperature 72°C for meat-based snacks such as nuggets, meatballs or delicacies.
A water drawer allows a moisture control, essential to keep the croissants and puffs moist.
The heated display HD 800 is very easy to clean.
Perfectly insulated, this heated display is equipped with sides and sliding doors with double glazing.
The glass doors, glass shelves, stainless steel shelves, lower stainless steel level and water tray are completely removable.
Features: electronic thermostat (20-90 °C), water container, on / off switches and ventilation. Delivered with 2 glass shelves. Delivered without tray.
