Roller Grill BMV20 Heated Display with Integral Bain Marie
Two machines in one!
The base contains a 2/1GN wet well Bain Marie which can take up to 100mm containers. Ideal for all precooked wet foods; Asian, Chinese, Bolognese, also vegetables and sauces.
Above is a glass serve over heated display cabinet with an upper ceramic heating bar across the width of the cabinet beneath the glass top.
Display and hold plated meals, chicken, vegetables etc. the stainless steel shelf is removeable and the whole display is enhanced with white LED lighting in each corner.
Features stainless steel slotted shelf; rear sliding doors; drainage tap.
