The RUHC18 Roll Under Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy duty flat top heated cabinet with a shorter height of 700 mm allowing it to be rolled under worktops. The unit has a shelf loading capacity 50kg per shelf and can hold up to 108 plated meals which are easily accessed through the sturdy stainless steel sliding doors. Adjustable internal sectionalised shelves give you the option to hold gastronorm pans, plated meals or plates at safe and hygienic temperatures up to 80°C. Durable braked castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. Ideal for back-of-house in care homes, restaurants and canteens. Optional tray slide, push handle, corner bumpers and door lock available.
