Made from top quality stainless steel, the solid top provides intense, variable heat across the plate, allowing simmering or boiling without the need to adjust the thermostat. With sturdy double doors, the oven can accommodate most professional catering applications. Heavy duty braked castors allow easy cleaning at the end of service.
Mounted on a 50mm box section for rigidity. Piezo iginition to oven. 2 Chrome plated racks, 3 rack positions. Flame failure device fitted. Max temp 240°C. Castors fitted. 3/4" Bsp connection. Weight 192kg
