The RUHC12 Roll Under Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy duty flat top heated cabinet with a shorter height of 700 mm allowing it to be rolled under worktops. The unit has a 72 plated meal capacity which are easily accessed through the sturdy stainless steel sliding doors making it ideal for back-of-house in care homes, restaurants and canteens. Adjustable internal sectionalised shelves give you the option of holding for gastronorm pans, plated meals or plates at safe and hygienic temperatures up to 80°C. Durable lockable castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place.
