The Parry MSF12 Mobile Flat Top Servery is a heavy-duty hot food trolley with a high-grade stainless-steel chassis and reinforced worktop. The hot cupboard has a 72 plated meal capacity but can also be used to keep food in gastronorm pans or empty plates warm. Access to the hot cupboard is through lockable sliding doors which can also be removed for easy cleaning. A thermostatic temperature control can heat the unit to 80°C, ideal for holding food at safe and hygienic temperatures. Durable lockable castors and a sturdy push bar make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. This robust unit is ideal for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants.
