The Parry HOT15P Mobile Pass Through Hot Cupboard Servery is a heavy-duty hot food trolley with a high-grade stainless-steel chassis and reinforced worktop. The hot cupboard has a 90 plated meal capacity or 50kg shelf loading capacity (per shelf). The hot cupboard can be accessed on both sides through study stainless steel doors, making this unit ideal for use between front of house and back kitchens or in confined spaces. A thermostatic temperature control can heat the unit to 80°C, ideal for holding food at safe and hygienic temperatures. The durable castors, two of which are braked, make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place, ideal for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants. Can be fitted with a drop-down tray slide, push handle, corner bumpers or door locks.
