The Parry HOT12 Mobile Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy duty flat top heated cabinet with a shelf loading capacity 50kg per shelf to use for cooked food in gastronorm pans, plated meals or plates in need of warming. The unit features a thermostatic control with a temperature range up to 80°C, ideal for holding food at safe and hygienic temperatures. Access to the unit is via the robust stainless steel sliding doors. Durable lockable castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. This robust unit is ideal for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants.
