Hot top can accommodate 1/1 GN pan per hot top panel. Fan assisted hot cupboard with wire shelves holds food at ideal temperature for service. Removable shelves & supports makes cleaning easier, shelves fit in a dishwasher. Adjustable shelf positions offer increased flexibility and capacity when required. Removable and interchangeable fascia panels. Runs from one 13 amp 3-pin plug minimising power consumption. 4 locking castors makes it easy to move for cleaning or storage. Manufactured from high grade stainless steel.
