Runner system inside the unit with 19 different positions and a 60mm pitch between the runners.
20 sets of removable shelf runners suitable for holding 40 x 1/1 GN pans 100mm deep - each shelf holds 2 pans
Thermostatically controlled and fan assisted. The heater module is replaceable.
Operating temperature reached in 28 minutes, cold to 85°
Water reservoir to aid humidity.
Handles fitted to side as standard. Bumpers to lower corners. Heavy duty swivel castors, 2 with brakes.
