Runner system inside the unit with 19 different positions and a 60mm pitch between the runners.
10 sets of removable shelf runners suitable for holding 20 x 1/1 GN pans 100mm deep, each shelf holds 2 pans.
Thermostatically controlled and fan assisted. Operating temperature reached in 28 minutes.
Water reservoir to aid humidity.
Handles fitted to side as standard.
Bumpers to lower corners. Heavy duty swivel castors, 2 with brakes.
Holds approximately 80, 10" plates
