The Lincat P8P4PT Panther 800 Series Plain Top Hot Cupboard is a heavy duty mobile hot food trolley or servery ideal for plating and garnishing and as a pass to front of house staff in cafeterias, canteens and restaurants. The hot cupboard can accommodate 4 x 1/1 GN containers up to 150mm deep and can also be used for plated meals, accessible from both sides of the passthrough unit or through the sturdy sliding doors of the standard unit. The double skinned construction provides efficient heat retention while the internal fan provides even heat distribution, fast heat up and recovery times, and lower energy usage. A digital electronic control allows you to precisely adjust the temperature between 20 and 99°C so your food can be served in compliance with food hygiene regulations. Can be paired with a tray slide, corner bumpers or additional push bar.
