This incredibly versatile pass offers multiple hot holding and cooking functions in one mobile unit.
The pass includes a Carter Hoffmann Crisp 'N Hold for holding chips and breaded products, 2 x 1/1GN bain marie for hot holding precooked foods and 2 x water tanks, suitable for boiling.
Fan assisted pass through insulated hot cupboard with sliding doors.
