Left and right independently controlled heat zones. Precise thermostatic control from 90°C - 300°C. Half-ribbed plate option for attractive branding presentation marks. Large 48 mm round drain hole allows excess fat to drain into a collection drawer underneath. Large 2.5 litre debris collection drawer, for uninterrupted cooking. Increase height to splashguard protects surrounding area. Piezo ignition and pilot burners for stand-by operation. Temperature Range 90°C to 300°C. Power 15.5kw.
Available in 3 Cooking Surfaces. The Chrome surface griddle heats up quicker than standard griddles with less energy loss as well as reduced energy radiation, keeping the kitchen cooler for staff and reducing pressure on the ventilation system.
