Powerful 6 x 7.5 kW Dual-concentric burners. Heavy-duty single cast iron pan supports with extended pan support fingers. Flame failure protection. Low flue allows complete use of hob top. Large 9.5 kW oven, cap: 4 x 1/1GN. Precise thermostatic control, 120°C to 280°C. Piezo ignition. 2 Wire chrome shelves, 4 shelf positions with anti tilt guards and safety stops. Removable oven base for easy cleaning. Double insulated doors, side and back panels.
