Lincat Opus 800 Induction Range
Embrace the energy efficient power of the Opus 800 Induction Range. Delivering 90% efficiency when compared with a solid electric hot plate at 55% and gas hob at 50%, ventilation and air conditioning costs can also be reduced with the innovative induction process, as the heat is generated in the pan instead of the hob surface, focusing energy where it’s needed and not wasting it into the kitchen. The powerful fan assisted oven ensures even cooking results, while its large 3 x GN1/1 capacity enables three different foods to be cooked simultaneously. Built to last, the oven features multiple internal cooling fans and overheat protection.
