Twin zone full width heavy duty hot plate maximises cooking space. 2 x 2.7 kW and 2 x 2 kW Elements produce consistent heat gradient throughout the cast iron plate. Use the central areas for rapid boiling and outer areas for simmering and holding. Precise thermostatic control 130°C to 265°C. Twin fan assisted oven for uniform heat and consistent cooking results. 6 kW Oven, capacity 6 x 1/1GN. 3 shelves and 5 shelf positions. Double insulated doors and side panels.
