The Inomak HCP Heated Hot Cupboard Servery is a static or mobile hot food trolley with a robust AISI 304 stainless-steel chassis, flat worktop and fixed internal perforated shelf. This model is available in 4 sizes with a 91 to 155 plated meal capacity, which can be accessed through the double skinned insulated sliding doors. A digital controller with temp display, 30°C - 72°C efficiently heats the fan assisted unit to keep meals at safe and hygienic serving temperatures.
Upgrade this model with the addition of a heated gantry (purchased separately).
