The Parry HOT18 Mobile Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy duty flat top heated cabinet with a 108 plated meal capacity or shelf loading capacity 50kg per shelf. The unit features a thermostatic control with a temperature range up to 80°C, ideal for holding food at safe and hygienic temperatures. Access to the unit is via the robust stainless steel sliding doors. Durable lockable castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. This robust unit is well suited for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants.
