Cook & hold regeneration oven, ideal for people either wanting to Re-heat pre chilled meals or for Slow cooking overnight using the holding function once cooking times have been reached. It is fitted with fan assisted heating for even heat distribution, programmable controls, humidity control, core cooking probe making it a simple and efficient oven to use.
