Ideal for Cooking pre-cooked meals or for Cook and Hold cooking.
All stainless steel construction. Fan assisted for faster heat up time and even heat distribution. Cooking fan automatically reverses, giving even cooking/reheating, no need to turn trays round. Electronic digital controls allow 10 pre-set menus to be set - with 2 cooking phases. Core cooking probe - automatically switches off the oven when food temperature is reached and will put into hold mode. Adjustable humidity controls - ideal for reheating or keeping foodstuffs moist. Timer 0 - 120 minutes. Thermostatically controlled. Temperature range 50 - 170'C. Removable ovens racks and radiused corners for easy cleaning. Height adjustable feet.
