These innovative inserts simply drop in the well of a bain-marie counter to convert it from an open well to a solid top.
They work on hot, cold or ambient counters by absorbing the ambient temperature.
Dishes can be displayed on top or food displayed directly on the surface.
Designed with a stainless steel back for rigidity and fitted with 6 rounded feet that keep the tile securely located.
