Moffat Heated Drawer Units with 3 x 1/3 Gastronorms in Each Drawer
Designed to hold food warm and moist for extended periods.
Each drawer has smooth action runners & removable gastronorm insets.
GN containers are removable and can be replaced with alternative GN 1/2 or GN1/1.
Each unit is factory set to control the temperature at 85°C and is adjustable between 30 to 120°C.
Humidity facility keeps contents moist.
Robust stainless steel construction. Fully insulated. Hygienic and easy to clean.
13amp plug with 2 meter cable.
