A medium capacity blast chiller/freezer, the Foster BCT 22-12 incorporating (Foster Circular) air circulation system which ensures airflow is sucked horizontally over the food surface. An innovative idea that is far more effective at cooling food and significantly more efficient than traditional methods. A 304 stainless exterior / interior is complimented by a full solid door and 80 mm castors for ease of movement. With multiple programming options and unbeatable performance and efficiency this robust and durable unit is a superior choice for the discerning buyer.
