Foster BCT15-7 Blast Chiller/Freezer
If you serve hot meals then you will almost certainly benefit from using a Foster blast chiller/freezer. This all stainless model accepts gastronorm 1/1 trays with front loading for easy access, cleaning and servicing. The BCT 15-7 Blast Chiller/Freezer incorporates bottom mounted refrigeration to help ensure stability whilst increasing performance and reducing noise levels, as well as innovative 'touch pad' controls; simply press the desired programme and press start, it couldn't be simpler. The BCT 15-7 blast chiller/freezer exceeds UK and European food safety requirements and can blast chill pre-cooked foods from +70ºC to +3ºC in 90 minutes and also be used to reduce food to -18ºC in 240 minutes and continue on to reduce food to -18ºC in 240 minutes at a reduced capacity.
