The Blue Seal EB45D Wet Heat Electric Bain Marie is a compact 450mm modular unit from the high-performance Evolution Series range! The tank has a capacity of 8 litres of water (to 'Min Fill' mark and integrated water fill and water faucet. The unit is constructed from easy clean stainless steel and all parts can be accessed from the front of the unit. The reinforced, heat-resistant control knob is large and easy to use, giving you precise control over the 1kW heating element.
