Using the latest spray technology water is sprayed into ice moulds at subzero temperatures, building up layer upon layer of dense, crystalline ice. Cabinet constructed from catering grade stainless steel for strength and hygiene. Storage bin from non-toxic antibacterial plastic for improved insulation and hygiene.
