Sterling Pro Cobus SP20BC 5 Grid Blast Chiller
Capable of chilling or freezing food from 100°C, it enables the safe storage of freshly cooked food for serving at a later date. This 5-grid version can chill 20kg or freeze 15kg of hot food per cycle. Manufactured from the highest quality AISI304 stainless steel meaning it is extremely robust and easy to keep hygienically clean.
The interior shelf supports accept GN1/1 or 600 x 400 shelves.
