Designed to wash larger items like gastronorm trays and chopping boards in addition to standard dishes or glasses.
The new utensil rack allows you to wash up to five 1/1 gastronorm trays or chopping boards.
The utensil wash programme extends the wash cycle to seven minutes and increases the wash and rinse temperatures to ensure wash results.
A Bluetooth app supports the operator in adjusting settings, monitoring the performance of the machine and accessing user manuals and instruction videos.
