The Blue Seal IN511F-B Single Zone Full Area Induction Cooktop Bench Model is an impressive, compact, 450mm modular unit from Blue Seal's Evolution Series. The powerful 5kW induction zone is made from a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface with pan detection set in a welded stainless-steel cooktop with splashback. The Infinitely variable power controls are large and easy to use. The unit sits on four bench feet which are height adjustable (80mm - 105mm).
