The Blue Seal GT60 Single Tank Gas Fryer is part of the Evolution series range. A collection of high-performance modular appliances, which can be suited together to maximise a kitchen's efficiency and productivity! This 600mm fryer boasts an impressive 31 litre oil capacity with the option for 2 large or 3 standard baskets. Heat is provided through a patented infra-red burner system. The thermostat ranges from 145-195°C with an over temperature safety cutout. The robust stainless-steel tank is sturdy and long lasting with the additional benefit of being easy to clean and maintain.
