The Blue Seal GT46 Twin Tank Gas Fryer is part of the Evolution series range. A collection of high-performance modular appliances, which can be suited together to maximise a kitchen's efficiency and productivity! This 450mm flexible fryer with 2x13 litre oil capacity and large capacity cool zone uses 2 x 12.5kW infrared burners. The direct-action thermostat ranges from 145-195°C with an over temperature safety cutout. The robust stainless-steel tank is sturdy and long lasting with the additional benefit of being easy to clean and maintain.
