The Blue Seal GT45 Single Tank Gas Fryer is part of the Evolution series range. A collection of high-performance modular appliances, which can be suited together to maximise a kitchen's efficiency and productivity! This 450mm Vee Ray fryer with 20 litre oil capacity and large capacity cool zone uses a patented infra-red burner system. The direct-action thermostat ranges from 145-195°C with an over temperature safety cutout. The robust stainless steel tank is sturdy and long lasting with the additional benefit of being easy to clean and maintain.
