The Blue Seal GT18 Single Tank Gas Fryer is part of the Evolution series range. A collection of powerful modular appliances, which can be suited together to maximise a kitchens efficiency and productivity! This 400mm wide single pan fryer has an 18 litre oil capacity V-tank with cool zone, heated by a 25kW (gross) multi-jet target burner. The straightforward mechanical thermostat ranges from 100-190°C with an over temperature safety cutout. The robust stainless steel tank is sturdy and long lasting with the additional benefit of being easy to clean and maintain.
