The Blue Seal GPE56 Gas Griddle with Electric Convection Oven features a heavy duty thermostatic gas griddle with separate left and right side heat zones and two precision 90-300°C thermostats. The griddle sits upon a powerful convection oven with a generous GN 2/1 capacity and 4 position racking. Heated is provided by 6.5kW elements, a 100W motor and heavy-duty circulation fan for efficient and even cooking.
