The Blue Seal GPE508 Gas Griddle Electric Static Oven is a 1200mm wide modular griddle oven with a powerful 31kW thermostatic burner system. The large 20mm thick griddle plate has three individually controlled heat zones, allowing you to cook at three different temperatures ranging from 90-300°C. The static oven features separate temperature and top heat power regulation controls between 50-320°C.
