The Blue Seal Evolution Series GPE506 Gas Griddle Electric Static Oven is a 900mm wide modular griddle oven with a powerful 23kW thermostatic burner system. The large 20mm thick griddle plate has two individually controlled heat zones, allowing you to cook at two different temperatures ranging from 90-300°C. The static oven features separate temperature and top heat power regulation controls between 50-320°C.
