The Blue Seal FF18 FastFri Single Tank Gas Fryer is a compact freestanding fryer with an impressive 18 litre capacity, well suited to fish 'n' chips, bistros, cafes and restaurants. In addition to being economically priced, the FF18's excellent fuel efficiency reduces long term running costs. The robust stainless-steel construction, with double skinned doors and frontal access make this unit tough while easy to clean and maintain. The straightforward mechanical thermostat ranges from 100°C-190°C with over-temperature safety cut-out and manual ignition pilot burner with flame failure.
