The Blue Seal EP56 Evolution Series Griddle Convection Oven Range is an impressive heavy-duty oven-griddle combo. The oven has a 2/1 GN capacity with 4 position racking. 6.5kW heating elements provide even heat throughout the oven up to 320°C, which is easily accessed through a stainless steel, enamelled drop down door. The cooktop features hot plate elements with energy regulator controls between 50-320°C per 300mm griddle section with an indicator lights for power and heating for each griddle control.
