These high performance 17kW fryers feature straightforward controls with a thermostat range of 60-200°C. The sturdy stainless-steel construction includes a robust splashback and double skinned doors, hinge out counterbalanced heating elements, 25mm (1") drain valves and heavy-duty adjustable legs.
