The Blue Seal Cobra CF2 Single Tank Gas Fryer is part of the Cobra affordable and functional range of modular kitchen appliances and equipment. The 400mm wide single pan has an 18 litre capacity and a multijet target burner, resulting in an impressive 25kg/hr production rate. The straightforward mechanical thermostat ranges from 100-190°C with an over temperature safety cutout. The robust stainless steel tank is sturdy and long lasting with the additional benefit of being easy to clean and maintain.
Ideal for cafes, pubs and restaurants with limited space that require a robust, fast-recovery fryer.
