Bringing your produce down to temperature as quickly as possible is key to prevent bacteria growth to avoid contamination and extend the life and quality of ingredients. With a chill cycles of 90 minutes and freezer cycles of 240 minutes you can be sure to bulk chill & freezer for as much or as little produce as you need.
