Designed to keep breads warm and moist for extended periods.
The unit is factory set at 38°C specially for holding bread, or can adjusted up to 110° for holding other types of food products.
Humidity facility keeps contents moist.
Large removable drawers with perforated inners.
Robust stainless steel construction. Fully insulated. Hygienic and easy to clean.
