Gantry heat lamp units or light boxes can be fitted to a chef's pass to upgrade to a heated gantry or a partial gantry if you only wish to heat some of the shelves. The powerful heat lamp boxes with optional dimmers are switched individually to give you more control over the temperature of each shelf.
