The Chef’s Drawer provides bulk storage of fresh or frozen food right where you need it most. Its low level height is perfect for suiting with many prime cooking stations. It is a large, space saving refrigerator/freezer drawer unit and is an ideal solution for pubs, steakhouses and catering facilities where space is often limited.

Variable temperature that can be switched from a refrigerator to a freezer (+1/+4°C or -18/-22°C)
Large capacity drawer accommodates 2/1 GN Pans, up to 150mm Deep
