Thermostatic control with wet or dry heat bain marie. Upturned rim of bain marie well for easy removal of GN pans. Inside drain tap for fast easy draining. Fan assisted hot cupboard for even heat distribution. Two heavy duty multi-sectioned chrome plated rod shelves. Four shelf positions. Castors and push bar fitted. Takes 3 x 1/1 Gastronorms 150mm deep (sold separately)
